Nutrition
Proper diet is most important. A nutrition specialist creates a meal plan or diet chat according to your child requirements. Autistic child may suffer from digestive issues like constipation, bloating, and abdominal pain. ASD children have thinner bones as compared to normal kids. so bone-development food is necessary for them. Gluten-free, Casein-free diet, vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B-6 and magnesium should take properly with your doctor advice.
